concept
Rooted in the coastal and cultural identity of Veraval - a town shaped by centuries of maritime trade and craft traditions. The concept draws on natural materials and warm tones. The interiors and landscape are conceived as a seamless extension of the building’s restrained architectural language, translating its clean geometry into warm, human-centered spaces. The planning is anchored in functional segregation, ensuring that public, semi-private, and private zones unfold with clarity and purpose.
design
The landscape is structured around a broad lawn that serves as a flexible event zone, capable of hosting celebrations and community gatherings. A circular elevated viewing platform acts as both focal point and social interaction space, subtly defining hierarchy within the open grounds. Wooden deck seating along the pool edge offers intimate pockets for relaxation while framing reflective water views. Plantation belts soften edges and reinforce controlled access. Together, the interiors and landscape craft a cohesive environment that is experiential, adaptable, and deeply connected to its setting.
