PT House explores the idea of framed living, where architecture is expressed through bold geometric volumes that shape both the external identity and the internal atmosphere of the home. The façade is defined by two pronounced square frames projecting outward, forming deep balconies that visually anchor the elevation while creating shaded transitional spaces. These frames, finished with warm wooden ceilings, introduce a sense of depth and comfort against the otherwise minimal palette of plastered surfaces and brick cladding. The residence balances solidity and openness — the brick masses grounding the structure while the recessed glazed openings allow light, air, and surrounding greenery to filter into the living spaces. Inside, the house continues this language of calm clarity, where soft tones, clean lines, and subtle material contrasts create a contemporary yet warm domestic environment.

The design of PT House is structured around clarity of form and restrained materiality. The two-storey massing is articulated through projecting square volumes that frame the upper-level balconies, giving the façade a strong architectural rhythm while providing shaded outdoor extensions to the bedrooms. Brick cladding is strategically introduced to add texture and warmth, complementing the smooth plaster surfaces and reinforcing the layered composition of the elevation. Large openings ensure generous daylight and visual connectivity with the outdoors. Internally, the spaces follow a minimal and refined language — neutral wall finishes, marble flooring, and carefully detailed feature walls enriched with metal accents and wood strips. The use of muted blue upholstery introduces a calm visual contrast, while metal lighting elements and wooden details subtly tie the interiors back to the architectural expression of the exterior, creating a cohesive and contemporary residential environment.
