concept
The home is designed as a quiet balance between simplicity and presence. The architecture follows a clean, structured language, where proportions, lines, and volumes come together to create a composed built form. Instead of being loud, the design relies on subtle shifts—deep frames, recessed openings, and layered terraces—to add depth and character. Inside, the idea continues with open, breathable spaces that feel connected and easy to move through. The intent is to create a home that feels calm, refined, and naturally lit, where architecture and interiors flow as one.
design
The façade is defined by strong horizontal and vertical lines, softened with light-toned materials and screened elements that filter light and add privacy. Balconies and overhangs create shade while giving the structure a layered look. Inside, a double-height space becomes the focal point, anchored by a sculptural staircase that brings warmth through wood and softness through its curved form. The interiors follow a neutral palette of beige, cream, and wood, keeping the space light and uncluttered. Clean furniture lines, minimal detailing, and large openings allow natural light to shape the experience, creating a home that feels open, comfortable, and quietly luxurious.
