concept
The site designed is shaped around a clear central spine that quietly organizes the entire apartment landscape. The planning draws from geometric abstraction but avoids feeling rigid by introducing organic, flowing landscape lines that soften the experience. Repetitive capsule modules bring rhythm to the site, appearing as seating, planters, and shaded pergola spaces that create familiarity as residents move through. The triangular Common Plot becomes a key gathering ground, structured yet welcoming, offering a sense of enclosure without feeling confined. The overall layout feels composed and connected, with a strong visual axis guiding movement naturally from one space to another.
design
On ground, the geometry becomes tangible through defined lawn edges, structured pathways, and modular landscape elements placed with intention. Capsule seating pockets and interactive zones encourage pause and conversation, while portal frame features and edge defining structures give depth and spatial clarity. Movement across the site feels guided rather than forced, with each open space clearly articulated yet visually linked to the next. The sculptural quality of the landscape lies not in excess, but in repetition and balance, allowing cohesive geometry to shape a residential environment that feels both organized and easy to inhabit.
