OP1-The meditation center is conceived around the idea of wholeness, where architecture reflects harmony between mind and body. Inspired by the dhyana pose, the form translates stillness into a calm built presence through softened geometry. A triangular plan with filleted corners gives the structure clarity without harshness. The centralized layout allows radial movement inward, while a strong axis frames views toward the river, reinforcing a sense of calm and reflection. OP2-The design draws from sacred symbolism and simple geometry. Inspired by the gesture of Namaste, the lotus, and the dome, the form evolves as a balanced circular structure guided by the golden ratio. A pradakshina path encourages slow movement and reflection around the center. Oriented toward the Sabarmati River, the meditation hall opens to a viewing deck, connecting the spiritual experience with the surrounding landscape.

OP1-The building is organized through layered zones that transition from active public spaces to quieter meditation areas. Healing and learning spaces fit naturally within this gradient. Light and shadow move across minimal surfaces, shaping a calm atmosphere. Passive cooling, natural ventilation, and a restrained material palette keep the environment comfortable, allowing silence, proportion, and spatial flow to define the experience. OP2-The structure is formed by curving columns that rise like petals, creating an enclosure beneath a central skydome. Soft light filters through the dome into the meditation hall, enhancing the sense of stillness. Ramps ensure accessibility, while an amphitheatre offers space for gatherings. The circular layout organizes movement around the core, with the pradakshina path and river-facing viewing deck creating a quiet journey of movement and pause.
