concept
Project is shaped around clarity and connection. The landscape follows a straight line design language, where geometric planning and linear spatial organization bring a sense of order to the apartment community. Instead of scattered amenities, spaces are carefully aligned to create a structured yet comfortable environment. A large central lawn anchors the scheme, acting as the heart of daily activity, while clearly defined edges and boundary seating give the layout a sense of completion. The idea is simple: create community interaction spaces that feel open, functional, and easy to use for every age group.
design
On site, the geometry translates into lived experiences. Swing seating spaces, patio corners, and boundary edge seating create natural gathering pockets. A fabricated cuboid pavilion and a landmark cuboid feature structure add identity without overpowering the setting. The swimming pool is thoughtfully integrated with poolside seating areas, allowing active and passive zones to sit side by side. Kids play zones with interactive play walls and playful elements encourage movement, while toddler friendly stepped seating and parent child interaction spaces make supervision effortless. Adult relaxation zones, elemental stepped seating, and open activity lawns balance energy with calm. The result is a modern geometric composition that feels practical, welcoming, and designed around real everyday use.
