KBG 323 is envisioned as a landscape that unfolds as a series of immersive outdoor experiences rather than a singular garden space. Located within a golf-themed residential community adjoining a lake edge, the design draws inspiration from the expansive openness and gentle undulations characteristic of golf terrains. The landscape celebrates biodiversity as a central idea, integrating nearly 150–200 species of trees, shrubs, and grasses to create a layered ecological environment. Instead of rigidly defined zones, the spaces transition through subtle mounds, shaded pathways, and pockets of seating that encourage exploration. Elements such as sculptural pergolas, orchard patches, and water features create moments of pause within the broader green setting. The intent was to shape a landscape that balances recreational openness with intimate natural experiences, where the movement through the garden gradually reveals diverse spatial characters while maintaining a strong visual dialogue with the surrounding golf greens and water bodies.

The design begins with a distinctive entrance wall composition that frames the arrival sequence, introducing the architectural language of clean lines and framed openings set against dense planting. From this threshold, a pergola walkway leads visitors through a shaded green corridor punctuated by sculptural elements and layered planting beds. The central lawn is shaped as a figure-eight, allowing circulation to loop around it through a continuous walkway while offering flexible open space for gatherings and recreation. Around this green core, the landscape branches into curated zones — a pool court accompanied by a textured water-feature wall, a quiet orchard zone with fruit-bearing trees, and a series of intimate seating areas placed within planting clusters. A gazebo with an adjoining outhouse provides a sheltered outdoor lounge overlooking the garden, while a raised deck extends views toward the adjoining golf landscape. Soft earth mounds and ornamental grasses add topographical variation and movement to the terrain, while the extensive plant palette introduces seasonal change, depth, and ecological richness to the overall landscape composition.
