concept
The landscape is shaped by the idea of connection—both spatial and generational. With two homes planned for father and son on a limited plot, the ground plane was intentionally opened up to create a series of green pockets, sunken courts, and expansive lawns that weave through the site. Water bodies and planted courts guide the movement across the property, while the elevated bridge that links the two homes visually flows above greens and water, turning the landscape into an experiential journey that builds anticipation as one moves through it.
design
The outdoor spaces unfold through layered experiences that balance gathering and calm. Stepped garden pockets around the pool area overlook large verdant lawns that become the central communal ground for the family. Sunken courts carved at the ground level create intimate gathering zones, gradually opening into broader green lawns that introduce varied pockets of activity and pause. Water features, planted courts, and skylit gardens extend even into the lower levels, where greenery and water soften the architecture, creating a tranquil environment that seamlessly connects indoor living with the surrounding landscape.
