Project Brief
Landscape for the residential complex around the clubhouse focuses on interactive space for all age groups. The either side of the clubhouse have a different functional landscaping. One way the lawn has wide pathway with stripped flooring pattern. The pathway has a few staggered planters of exposed cement, with groove details.
One the other hand the square lawn in diagonally placed providing niches at the corners for seating and hardscape. One of the hardscape niches have Kids’ play area with EPDM flooring, whereas the rest are designed with seating as per flow of lines and geometric pattern. The clubhouse has a gym and a multipurpose area which overlooks the lawn with detailed seating at the corners, which in turn is a wonderful view when the sun shines as well as when all is lit-up in the evening.
