concept
At Sreevas, the podium garden is planned like a calm conversation between geometry and greenery. Clear quadrates and strong axial lines give the space a sense of direction, so when you walk through it, everything feels aligned and intentional. The central lawn holds the space together, while the surrounding zones branch out in a way that feels balanced rather than busy. It is structured, yes, but never stiff. The layout quietly guides you, letting views open up naturally from one corner to another.
design
The garden unfolds into four main zones, each carrying its own mood. The central celebration lawn becomes the heart where community gathers, while the activity deck and children’s play court bring movement and laughter. Shaded seating pockets offer pause. Stepped edges and amphitheater-style seating make the periphery usable and alive. A gentle water feature at the entrance and a shallow reflecting body add calmness, while mounds, shrubs, and carefully placed trees shape soft enclosures. From the upper floors, the landscape reads like a layered composition of lawns, sculptures, and planting bands, making the podium feel active, connected, and deeply lived in.
