Project Brief
A rather special project, Jatin Shah was created taking into consideration two aspects, budget friendly and love for greens. Situated on a scenic location, the existing site conditions were rather shabby. With dry sand patches, no particular journey and haphazardly placed trees the site had to be manicured.
The design development started around an experiential pathway. Sittings and shrub beds started flowing around the pathway in order to add character to the space. Various deck areas have been added to suite various functions of the space. Water deck gives the feeling that one is floating on the huge lake besides the site and the party deck creates the perfect space to hold a sundowner.
A new outdoor kitchen has been housed under the old existing trees. Fruit orchards and rare species of Ayurvedic plants adorn the site, making it sustainable in use as well. Multiple elements weaved to create a soothing space is what the site offers. With views of the adjoining lake throughout the site to cozy nooks and corners.
