concept
At the centre of the apartment complex, the open space is shaped as a sequence of interconnected social pockets rather than a single uniform garden. The spatial structure emerges from a network of angular lines that guide movement and define zones for activity, pause and interaction. Three strategically placed seating elements become the key spatial anchors—organizing the courtyard while maintaining a collective visual connection across the space. Through this arrangement, the garden feels visually expanded within the surrounding residential towers, allowing everyday social life, children’s play and community gathering to coexist within a cohesive setting.

The clubhouse anchors the court and opens toward a central lawn, establishing a visual and functional connection between indoor and outdoor activity. The ground level accommodates a lounge, gym and support facilities, while the upper floor hosts a banquet space overlooking the garden. Within the landscape, angular seating edges and pathways organize circulation and create varied activity zones. A rectangular water body intersected by seating elements becomes a playful feature where children can engage with water safely. A sculptural swing installation with integrated lighting acts as a focal element within the play area. One corner of the garden introduces a circular semi-shaded seating space beneath a pergola carrying the Sanskrit inscription “Aant Asthi Prarambh”, where stepped seating rings surround a raised mound offering both shaded and sunlit seating choices. Additional spaces include a sand bed play zone, a seating garden framed by fabricated multi-frames supporting creepers, and a timber deck designed as a small stage for community events, allowing the courtyard to function as an active social ground for the residents.
